Responsibilities
- Assist the senior team with daily operations and project management tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and presentations.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Prepare reports and summaries of project progress for management review.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
- Handle administrative duties and data entry with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Graduating May/June 2025).
- Demonstrated interest in the Technology or Business sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer months (40 hours/week).
- Basic understanding of data analysis or project management concepts is a plus.
