Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers and analysts in day-to-day operations and technical troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Create documentation for processes and technical implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new features.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide the training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week (flexible summer schedule).
