Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements using SQL and Excel
- Create data visualizations and executive dashboards with Tableau
- Document functional specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional project stakeholders
- Present findings to senior leadership through polished presentations
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Support process optimization initiatives using Six Sigma principles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3.0+ GPA (or equivalent academic standing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for 40 hours/week from June to August
