Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in researching and documenting neighborhood revitalization initiatives
- Support data collection for economic impact studies and market analyses
- Collaborate on community outreach projects and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare presentation materials and progress reports for city council meetings
- Participate in cross-departmental strategy sessions for downtown development
- Conduct field observations and document urban infrastructure improvements
- Support grant application processes for local business incentive programs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with coursework in Business, Economics, or Urban Studies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Interest in local government and municipal affairs
- Authorized to work in the United States
