Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and statistical modeling tools
- Develop predictive models to optimize business operations
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Support A/B testing initiatives for product improvements
- Document methodologies and maintain reproducible workflows
- Participate in agile sprints and sprint retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with SQL and database querying
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Available for full-time commitment (40 hrs/week) during summer term
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms preferred
