Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with 10+ weekly posts
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for local SEO targeting Colorado Springs markets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot tools
- Create engaging blog content and email newsletters for local B2B clients
- Assist in managing PPC campaigns with $5k+ monthly ad budgets
- Collaborate with design team on promotional materials for summer events
- Present weekly performance insights to marketing leadership team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or Business program (students welcome)
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer semester
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation or campaign management (preferred)
- Local Colorado Springs resident or willing to relocate for internship
