Are you a college student ready to launch your career? Apex Creative Solutions is looking for a passionate Summer Intern to join our Oakland team. This is a unique opportunity to earn college credit while working on high-impact marketing campaigns for leading local and national clients.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with our senior marketing strategists to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will gain exposure to SEO, content marketing, and social media management in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content for various client accounts.
- Conduct keyword research and help optimize blog posts and website copy for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and community feedback.
- Support the design team by preparing visual assets and presentations.
- Write engaging newsletter content and press releases.
- Analyze weekly performance reports and provide insights to the marketing manager.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or English.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of writing samples.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) is a plus.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer.
- Must be eligible for college credit.
