Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and competitor activities in the tech industry.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, press releases, and newsletters under the guidance of senior editors.
- SEO Optimization: Support the optimization of our website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and execute online marketing events and webinars.
- Data Analysis: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly reports for the marketing team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
- Availability: Must be available for the summer months (May through August) for at least 20 hours per week.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
