Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational curriculum modules for K-12 summer programs
- Mentor students in project-based learning activities and skill-building workshops
- Coordinate with Georgia-based team members on cross-state educational initiatives
- Analyze student progress data and refine teaching methodologies
- Organize community outreach events promoting educational equity
- Document program outcomes and create impact assessment reports
- Assist in creating digital learning resources for remote participants
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
- Strong GPA (3.0+) with official transcript available for college credit processing
- Experience working with youth in educational or recreational settings
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across remote teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic educational technology tools
- Passion for educational innovation and community engagement
- Availability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer term (June-August)
