This is a paid, 12-week immersive program designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice. You will work alongside senior engineers and data scientists, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies while contributing to real-world projects that impact our community and clients.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Develop: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Debug: Identify and troubleshoot software issues, performing code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Document: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and system architecture diagrams.
- Participate: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and agile ceremonies to stay aligned with project goals.
- Innovate: Contribute ideas for process improvements and feature enhancements that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) and familiarity with databases (SQL).
- Technical Tools: Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Attitude: A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer internship period.
