Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications.
- Develop: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and Java under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and performance issues in existing systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and user manuals.
- Testing: Assist in unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure product stability.
- Innovation: Participate in code reviews and brainstorming sessions to propose new features and improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Skills: Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (Git).
- Academics: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer with immediate availability.
