Responsibilities
- Assist with Project Management: Support the operations team in tracking project timelines, managing schedules, and coordinating internal communications.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, gather market data, and compile reports to assist the marketing department.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit blog posts, social media updates, and internal newsletters to enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries and gather valuable feedback.
- Office Administration: Maintain a highly organized workspace, manage inventory, and handle logistical arrangements for team events.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing our summer company retreats and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Reliability: Must be available for the full summer duration (10-12 weeks) with a commitment to punctuality.
