Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern web technologies.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and user stories.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure products meet customer needs.
- Document technical requirements, specifications, and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (rising Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
