Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business decision-making processes.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with our audience and report on emerging trends.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation materials for team reviews.
- Learn and apply basic SEO best practices under the guidance of senior staff members.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (or recently graduated).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle office.
