Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets during the night shift hours.
- Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, and security checks to ensure system integrity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and clear communication.
- Assist in identifying and resolving network anomalies and hardware malfunctions.
- Conduct basic data entry and analysis to support business reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program with a start date in Summer or Fall 2024.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
