Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and software applications during overnight hours.
- Analyze system logs and data reports to identify trends and potential issues.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via chat and phone.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document bugs and implement fixes.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and operating systems.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
