Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify, isolate, and resolve software defects using various testing methodologies.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and experience with web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Academic Standing: Must be able to work 20-30 hours per week during the Summer/Fall session.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
