Responsibilities
- Assist the development team with coding, debugging, and testing software applications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to understand project goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business strategies.
- Help maintain and update internal documentation and technical databases.
- Shadow team leads to learn industry best practices and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation materials for management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer operations and software usage.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston office location.
