Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues for internal clients during night hours.
- Assist in maintaining server health, performing backups, and executing routine software updates.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for the team.
- Collaborate with day-shift mentors to ensure continuity of operations.
- Conduct basic security checks and assist in vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to start Summer or Fall 2024.
