Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Support: Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of internal systems and databases during night shifts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate reports for the morning shift team.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic technical issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Review current operational workflows and suggest actionable improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, logs, and project updates.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal communications during the night cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) for the duration of the Summer/Fall internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and understanding of database concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
