Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the weekend operations team in maintaining daily workflows and ensuring system uptime.
- Data Management: Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex data sets using internal software.
- Customer Assistance: Provide Tier 1 support and answer inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports on system performance and team activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest innovative solutions.
- Documentation: Update technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and think critically under pressure.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
