Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily execution of weekend operations protocols and workflows.
- Manage and organize incoming data and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide customer support and answer inquiries regarding operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Shadow senior staff members to understand industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall start).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
