Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with weekend project coordination and reporting.
- Analyze data trends and prepare weekly performance summaries.
- Support client communication and resolve technical inquiries via ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline weekend workflows.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the Pennsylvania and Texas markets.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks.
- Attend weekly team syncs and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
