Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise systems during weekend shifts
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Document incidents and resolutions using ITSM software (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend deployment projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices training
- Assist with hardware/software maintenance and inventory management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior/Senior)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant coursework or personal projects in IT/Computer Science
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
