Responsibilities
- Assist with Administrative Operations: Support the daily workflow by managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate project logs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the senior team.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain digital databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Content Support: Assist in the creation and editing of basic marketing materials, social media posts, and internal presentations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate logistics for team events and track progress on ongoing internal initiatives.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for basic client inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Qualifications
- Education Status: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University. Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024 and commit to 15-25 hours per week.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to our downtown Chicago office location.
