Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on local market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business decisions.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client follow-ups.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- CRM Administration: Update and organize customer relationship management databases with accurate and current information.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of local networking events, career fairs, and company workshops.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred) or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work between 20-30 hours per week during the Summer and Fall semesters.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
