Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist the marketing team with social media campaigns, content creation, and community management.
- Update and maintain internal databases and customer records with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare professional presentation materials.
- Support the sales and operations teams by coordinating follow-up activities and outreach efforts.
- Analyze basic data reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Contribute to team projects and help streamline internal workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or business operations is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
