Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation using MS Office and Google Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Graduating between December 2024 and May 2025 (Summer/Fall start).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital marketing tools is a plus.
