Responsibilities
- Assist in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive data to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and project logs.
- Support quality assurance processes by writing and executing test cases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the development workflow.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
