Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions and web applications.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making for local and national campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO optimization, content creation, and social media management.
- Maintain documentation for software processes and technical specifications to ensure clarity across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprints to contribute to continuous improvement and team learning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent design tools (Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for a professional Indianapolis environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for learning and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic company culture.
