Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic technical issues within assigned software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflow continuity during off-hours.
- Conduct research and compile data for internal presentations and reports.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily activities.
- Learn and apply company-specific tools and methodologies under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (graduating in Summer or Fall).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
