Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams with daily operational tasks and project documentation

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
- Collaborate with mentors to develop professional development plans
- Track project milestones and maintain organized progress reports
- Attend weekly skill-building workshops and company-wide events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited college/university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proactive learner with problem-solving mindset
- Available for 20-25 hours/week during summer/fall term
