Responsibilities
- Assist the operations and marketing teams with data entry, research, and administrative support.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
- Help maintain client databases and organize project documentation.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices and workflow processes.
- Support the customer service team in responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and presentation materials.
- Learn to utilize essential office software and internal tools efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- High school diploma or equivalent for recent graduates.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore office.
