Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to learn internal software and tools.
- Collaborate with project leads on research tasks and documentation.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate updates to the supervisor.
- Help maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support customer service initiatives through email and phone support (under guidance).
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas for the company.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Graduating Summer/Fall).
- No prior professional work experience required; enthusiasm is key.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable personal computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
