Responsibilities
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the administrative and technical teams with data entry, filing, and organizing digital documents to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze industry trends to help the marketing team refine their strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Attend Training Workshops: Participate in weekly seminars covering soft skills, professional etiquette, and basic industry knowledge.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with senior staff on small-scale projects, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Handle basic inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a High School Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree (rising sophomore or higher preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required – we focus on potential and attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule during the summer/fall months.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
