Responsibilities
- Assist the senior management team with daily administrative operations and project coordination.
- Conduct research on local market trends and industry competitors to support business development.
- Update and maintain digital filing systems and databases with high accuracy.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare concise meeting notes and action items.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or a recent graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills quickly.
