Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and compile data into insightful reports to support business decisions.
- Support daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and provide progress updates.
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare brief meeting summaries.
- Help optimize internal processes and document standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or IT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-25 hours per week) during the Summer/Fall semester.
