Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the project management team in researching market trends and compiling data for client presentations.
- Technical Assistance: Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting, software updates, and hardware maintenance.
- Communication: Draft professional emails, update internal documentation, and assist with client correspondence.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to help the marketing team identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to stay aligned on project goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain filing systems, organize office supplies, and ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School diploma/GED considered for entry-level support roles).
- Availability: Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with web browsers.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando office.
