Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Attend team meetings, take detailed notes, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Support the coordination of internal events and client outreach initiatives.
- Manage digital communication channels, including email correspondence and social media monitoring.
- Help maintain and organize office records and filing systems.
- Complete ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors to gain diverse exposure.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Recent graduates with a passion to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work during the Summer or Fall semester.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
