Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in software development, data analytics, or marketing operations
- Contribute to real-world projects using cutting-edge technologies (Python, AWS, Salesforce)
- Collaborate on agile sprints with daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Research industry trends and present actionable insights to leadership

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (graduating 2023-2024)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Basic proficiency in relevant tools (Python, Excel, or Adobe Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Availability for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2023
