Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate experiences for technical roles.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and company blog content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks to support negotiation strategies.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify passive candidates and engage in proactive outreach campaigns.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage the logistics for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and training materials are prepared accurately.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track internship program metrics and assist in creating weekly reports on recruitment pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to start Summer or Fall 2024 and commit to 20-30 hours per week.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus) and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) or SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Research Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Networking: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
