Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate experiences for technical roles.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and company blog content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks to support negotiation strategies.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify passive candidates and engage in proactive outreach campaigns.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage the logistics for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and training materials are prepared accurately.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track internship program metrics and assist in creating weekly reports on recruitment pipeline health.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Availability: Must be available to start Summer or Fall 2024 and commit to 20-30 hours per week.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus) and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) or SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
