Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the operations team in managing daily workflows and ensuring all weekend tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients and visitors during weekend hours, providing high-quality service and answering inquiries.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, compiling reports, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with full-time staff to bridge the gap between weekend activities and broader organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current weekend procedures and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (preferred majors: Business, IT, Communications, or related fields).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Local Candidates: Preference given to candidates residing in the Louisville, KY - OH area.
