Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in coordinating daily operations and scheduling.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for senior leadership review.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone to ensure smooth project flow.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and basic graphic design.
- Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Strong interest in business, marketing, or project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
