Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in creating engaging content.
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases regularly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during summer/fall terms.
- Proven reliability and the ability to adhere to weekly pay schedules.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
