Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in the Philadelphia and Florida markets.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and social media captions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry to ensure weekly payroll accuracy.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
