Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) under supervision
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocol implementation
- Support hardware/software lifecycle management across 100+ devices
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Participate in agile development sprints for internal tools
- Research emerging technologies and present innovation proposals
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during academic term
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
