Responsibilities
- Deploy and monitor cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist in network security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support user hardware/software troubleshooting and ticket resolution
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate on DevOps pipeline automation projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week during internship period
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
