Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure monitoring and maintenance across cloud and on-premise systems
- Assist with software testing, debugging, and documentation
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Shell for operational efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional agile development sprints
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems and networking basics
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or scripting languages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through summer/fall 2023
- US citizenship or authorized work authorization required
