- Support network infrastructure maintenance and monitoring

- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to internal teams
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize workflows
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during internship period
