Responsibilities
- Assist with network monitoring and security incident response
- Support hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure maintenance tasks
- Participate in team meetings and project sprints
- Conduct user training sessions for internal systems
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Enrolled in Summer 2024 or Fall 2024 semester
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills
